Each batch is carefully hand-crafted and baked in our own facility in Pennsylvania. We routinely test to FDA standards for gluten and the top 9 common allergens. Food plays such an important role in our lives. It's tough when you can no longer eat the foods you once enjoyed. Since 2012, when several members of my family were diagnosed with Celiac disease, I've been on a mission to recreate food for those with allergies and sensitivities. Our bagels recreate a NY-style experience, dense and chewy on the inside with a great crust on the outside, made without the top 9 allergens. These are unlike any other gluten-free bagel out there! Water, White Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Sorghum Flour, Sweet White Rice Flour, Brown Sugar, Olive Oil, Dried Onion, Poppy Seeds, Salt, Psyllium Husk, Yeast, Dried Garlic, Xanthan Gum, Molasses.
Prep Instructions: Our preservative free bagel does not thaw softly on its own. You must reheat them for ultimate softness and texture. Preferred Method: Microwave 60-90 seconds or until completely soft and reheated, if it's hard or dry in any spots just microwave 15-30 seconds more. No Microwave, No problem: Bake frozen Bagel at 400 degrees For 20-25 mins or until soft and fully reheated.
Keep frozen until ready to enjoy!
