Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F with rack in center. 2. Place chicken on rimmed baking sheet, skin side up. Season; drizzle with oil. 3. Cook 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (check by inserting thermometer halfway into inner thigh). Rest 5 min. Grill: 1. Preheat grill on MEDIUM. Season; drizzle with oil. 2. Place chicken on grill, skin side down; sear 3-4 minutes. Turn over. 3. Reduce heat to low; close lid.
