Add all your favorite ingredients along the edge closest to you. 3. Using the bamboo rolling mat, carefully roll from bottom around your fillings, then seal. 4. Slice into bite-size pieces and enjoy! Hand Rolls: Cut gimMe Sushi Nori sheet into quarters. Place the nori, shiny side down, on your palm. Put your favorite ingredients on the nori sheet at a 45-degree angle and roll until you form a cone shape. Storage Suggestion: After opening, store in a large sealable zipper storage bag and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
