Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO WARM: Ham may be served without warming. Heating times may vary depending on your equipment. 1. Preheat oven to 275 F degrees. Remove outer wrapping and bone guard from ham. 2. Place ham sliced-side down in shallow roasting pan with 1/2 inch water covering bottom of pan. 3. Cover; heat 12-15 minutes per pound. Rest 20-30 minutes, Serve immediately; refrigerated leftovers. HOW TO CARVE: 1. Insert pointed end of a small sharp knife at bone and cut around bone. 2. Make 3-6 cuts into face of ham, cutting to bone, as indicated in diagram. Ham is now ready for easy serving.
