Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F with rack in center. 2. Remove all labels. Place bag right-side-up in baking pan, as printed on package. Do not cut holes in bag. 3. Cook 1 hour and 30 minutes; let rest 10 minutes. (Bag may open at seam during cook time.) 4. Avoiding steam, use scissors to cut open bag. Peel back for easiest transfer of product into the baking pan used. Shred or cut pork pieces. Slow Cooker: 1. Remove all labels. Place bag right-side-up in slow cooker as printed on package. Do not cut holes in bag. 2. Cook on HIGH 4 hours or LOW 8 hours, covered. 3. Rest 10 minutes before removing bag from cooker (Bag may open at seam during cook time). 4. Avoiding steam, use scissors to cut open bag. Peel back for easiest transfer of product into the slow cooker. Shred or cut pork pieces. Caution: Contents HOT. Chef Tip: Stir and serve over your favorite cooked pasta. Cook thoroughly.
