HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F with rack in center. 2. Remove all labels. Place bag right-side-up in baking pan, as printed on package. Do not cut holes in bag. 3. Cook 55-60 minutes; let rest 10 minutes. (Bag may open at seam during cook time.) 4. Avoiding steam, use scissors to cut open bag. Peel back for easiest transfer of product into baking pan used. Caution: Contents HOT. Chef Tip: To serve, remove turkey and slice. Whisk gravy in bag and serve with turkey. Cook thoroughly.
