Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Microwave (Preferred Method 1100 watts): Remove tray, peel back film at one corner. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir, re-cover, cook on high for an additional 1 - 1-1/2 minutes. Let stand for 1-2 minutes, stir and enjoy. Conventional Oven: Transfer food to an oven-safe dish, add 5 tbsp of water, cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes. Stir, re-cover, bake for 15-20 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute, stir and serve. Ovens and microwaves vary, always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not thaw. Do not use a toaster oven. Caution: Product will be hot!
