Idahoan® Potatoes with Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides), and Preservative (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bisulfite, Citric Acid, Mixed Tocopherols).
Boil: Stove top directions1. Combine water, salt and butter* according to chart below. For best results, do not add milk until step 3.2. Heat to a boil, remove from heat.3. Add cold milk; stir in potatoes gently and let stand until moist. Whip lightly with fork and serve.For a creamier mashed potato, stir in additional hot water or milk. For a firmer mashed potato, stir in additional potatoes. Less salt can be added if desired. Microwave: Microwave DirectionsAll microwaves vary and heating times may have to be adjusted.1.
