Keep Frozen. How to Cook:Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 165 degrees. Microwave (1100 watts)1. Do not pierce bag. Place unopened bag face down on microwave-safe plate. 2. Cook on HIGH 5-6 min (bag inflates during cooking and releases steam). Rest 1-2 min. 3. Remove from microwave; cut open bag avoiding steam. Stovetop: 1. Place cauliflower in saucepan with 1 cup water; cover. 2. Bring to a boil on HIGH. Reduce heat; stir. 3. Cook 5-6 min or until tender; drain.Chef Tip: Finish with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil or butter and season to taste.
