Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 160 degrees F. Grill: 1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Season burgers, drizzle with oil. 2. Place on grill, close lid. Reduce heat to MED. 3. Grill 2 min; turn over. Continue to grill covered, 6-8 min. Rest 2 min. Pan Fry: 1. Preheat nonstick skillet on MED. Season burgers. 2. Sear 5 min on each side. Continue to cook additional 2-4 min, turning as needed. Rest 2 min.
