Stove top instructions: In a medium saucepan with tight fitting lid, bring 2 cups (16 oz.) of water to a boil. Add 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil or butter (optional), then one package of Vigo Low Sodium Yellow Rice, stirring while boiling for one minute. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, cook for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand for 2 minutes. Serve.
