HOW TO HEAT: Heating times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Tear open top corner about 1-inch to vent. Gently squeeze pouch in all directions until contents are loosened. 2. Place pouch upright in microwave. Cook on HIGH about 90 seconds; rest 1 min in microwave. 3. Carefully remove from microwave holding the Cool Grip area of the pouch. Avoiding steam, tear or cut pouch completely open. Caution: Handle with care. Pouch and contents are HOT. Stovetop: 1. Tear open top corner about 1-inch. Gently squeeze pouch in all directions until contents are loosened. 2. Preheat large non-stick skillet on MED. Add contents of pouch and 2 Tbsp water; cover. 3. Heat 3-4 min, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, let stand 1 min covered. Refrigerate after opening. Once opened, use within 5 days.
