HOW TO BREW Always use fresh, filtered cold water. HOT COFFEE • Measure 1 rounded Tbsp coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. ICED COFFEE • Measure 2 rounded Tbsp coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. After brewing, pour over ice. Adjust recipes to taste. FOR BEST RESULTS: • Carefully discard coffee filter with grounds after use. Caution: HOT! • Leaving coffee on a hot burner for a long period of time can cause coffee to taste burnt; transfer to a carafe after brewing.HOW TO STORE • Once opened, this coffee will keep fresh on your shelf for about 10 days, in the refrigerator for about 3 weeks, or in your freezer for nearly 3 months. • If you store coffee in the freezer, never let the container sit out at room temperature. Condensation can form and eventually stale the coffee
