HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook from frozen. Cook to 165 degrees F. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degree F with rack in center. 2. Place cutlets on non-stick baking sheet in a single layer. (For best results, line baking sheet with parchment paper). 3. Cook 28 - 32 min, turning halfway through. Rest 2 min. Air Fryer: 1. Preheat until 350 degrees F on Air Fry setting. 2. Arrange cutlets in a single layer (do not overcrowd). 3. Cook 20 - 22 min, turning as needed. Rest 2 min. Cook to 165 degrees F. Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees F to ensure juicy, tender and safe chicken. Use a digital thermometer.
