Store in a cool, dry place away from products with strong odors. HOW TO BREW. 1. Use 1 tea bag for 1 cup (8 ounces). Bring fresh cold water to a boil. 2. Pour water over tea bag. Steep 5-10 min. Remove tea bag. Adults and children 12 years and older: Drink up to 3-4 cups before bed.
