Keep Frozen. Use by date stamped on package. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 165 degrees F. Cook from Frozen. Microwave not recommended. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F with rack in center. 2. Place desired number of fish sticks on non-stick baking sheet in a single layer. (For best results: line baking sheet with parchment paper). 3. Bake 18-22 min, turning halfway through. Let stand 2 min. CAUTION: Fish Sticks will be HOT.
