HOW TO STORE: Once opened, store coffee in airtight container at room temperature away from light and moisture. Do not freeze. GRINDING CHART: Turkish: Extra Fine. Espresso: Fine. K-Cup: Med-Fine. Auto Drip: Medium. Percolator: Coarse. French Press: Extra Course. Do Not Regrind: Grind just enough for each fresh batch. Note: If preground, measure for your taste. RECIPE GUIDE: Always use fresh, filtered cold water. American Coffee: Measure 2 Tablespoons ground coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. Espresso: Measure 7 grams (about 1 Tablespoon) finely ground coffee to 1 fl oz (30 ml) of water. Iced Coffee: Measure 4 Tablespoons coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. After brewing, just pour over ice.
