How do you cook it? Lightly wash the rice so not to take off the germ part of the grain. Combine 1 cup rice and 1-1/2 cups water in medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 2-3/4 cups cooked rice or 4 (2/3 cup) servings. If using an electric rice cooker, combine 1 cup rice and 1-1/2 cups water in rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacturer. This product is nitrogen treated to keep the rice fresh, however please keep it in a cool place and eat soon after breaking the seal.
