You will need: 1 cup mix ¾ cup water *For added protein (optional): Replace water with milk or replace water with milk and 1 egg. 1. Preheat griddle to 375 degrees F or large non-stick skillet to MED-HIGH. 2. Whisk dry mix and water in bowl until large lumps disappear. Let batter rest 3-4 min. 3. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto lightly greased griddle or skillet. 4. Cook until pancakes bubble and bottom is brown, turning only once. (Adjust heat as needed).
