HOW TO BREW: Always use fresh, filtered cold water. American Coffee: Measure 1 Tbsp ground coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. Espresso: Measure 1 Tbsp (7 grams) finely ground coffee to 1 fl oz (30 ml) of water. Iced Coffee: Measure 2 Tbsp coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. After brewing, pour over ice. Adjust recipes to taste. HOW TO STORE: Once opened, store coffee in airtight container at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. GRINDING CHART: Do Not Regrind. Grind just enough for each fresh batch. Note: If using pre-ground coffee, just measure desired amount for your taste. Turkish: Extra Fine. Espresso: Fine. K-Cup: Med-Fine. Auto Drip: Medium. Percolator: Coarse. French Press: Extra Coarse.
