This one-of-a-kind sourdough started with a handful of seeds that our artisan baker, Nick Greco, spent 18 years growing out, customizing, and perfecting. Now, we use those seeds to plant, grow, and harvest our own heritage grains that are the base of our delicious sourdough breads. Our Miche is distinctively tangy with a bold sour flavor that delivers a memorable experience because of our natural 48-hour fermentation process. Providing exceptional nutrition this bread is great with butter, jam or paired with soups or stews.
