Keep Frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and best quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Stovetop: 1. Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil in large skillet over MEDIUM heat. Carefully add desired amount of pepper & onion blend. 2. Stir fry 6-8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Season to taste. OR 1. Place desired amount of pepper & onion blend in saucepan with ½ cup water. Cover; bring quickly to a boil. 2. Reduce heat; stir and cook gently 3-4 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Season to taste. Microwave (1100 watts)*: 1. Place desired amount of pepper & onion blend in microwave-safe container with ¼ cup water. Cover and vent. 2. Cook on HIGH according to chart. Allow for standing time. Carefully remove from microwave; drain. Season to taste. MICROWAVE COOKING CHART: 1/2 Package = 4-5 minutes cook time, stir after 2 minutes, let stand for 2 minutes. Full Package = 7-8 minutes cook time, stir after 3 minutes, let stand for 2 minutes. *Lower wattage oven may require more cook time.
