Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cook times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 165 degrees F. Microwave Thaw (1100 watts)/Oven Bake: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F with rack in center. 2. Place tray on microwave-safe plate. Poke several holes in plastic film with fork to vent. Microwave on HIGH 10 min. Carefully remove plate using potholders. Remove and discard film from tray; stir thoroughly. 4. Transfer tray to baking sheet. Bake in oven 15 min. Let stand 5 min before serving. Oven1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F with rack in center. 2. Place tray onto baking sheet (do not remove film or poke holes). 3. Bake 1 hour. Carefully remove and discard film; stir thoroughly. Bake additional 5-10 min. Let stand 5 min before serving. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Place tray onto microwave-safe plate. Poke several holes in plastic film with fork to vent. 2. Microwave on HIGH 10 min. Carefully remove plate using potholders. Peel back film, stir thoroughly and replace film. 3. Heat additional 5-6 min. Let stand in microwave 3-5 min (use potholders to remove). Caution: Plate, tray, and contents will be HOT.
