This ham is natural hardwood-smoked, brined, and spice-cured for an incredible depth of flavor. And, because it’s prepared with the skin and a layer of fat intentionally left on to hold in flavor and moisture, it is juicier than any ham we’ve ever found! After this ham is cooked and the fat cap is removed, the final weight is approximately 60% of the precooked weight.

Keep Refrigerated. Peel front label for warming instructions. HOW TO WARM: Heating times may vary depending on your equipment. Refrigerate leftovers. 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Remove wrapping; place ham in shallow roasting pan. Sear 15 min.2. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F. Heat 10-12 min per pound.3. Remove from oven; rest 15-20 min before removing fat cap and slicing. Carving Directions: 1. Place ham flat-side down on cutting board. 2. Remove skin and trim fat as desired. 3. Using a sharp non-serrated knife, slice ham and place uniform slices on platter.
