1. Bring 4–6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. 2. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1–2 minutes. 3. Drain well and serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.
