Must be kept refrigerated to maintain safety. Chef Tip: Remove from refrigerator 30 min prior to serving. When ready to serve, remove plastic film and unmold. Using a sharp, warm knife, cut into equal sections and serve on top of Wegmans Brand Crostini and sprinkle with Wegmans Brand Cyprus Sea Salt.
