Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. For food safety and best quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Stovetop: 1. Place desired amount of cauliflower in saucepan with 1 cup water, cover. 2. Bring quickly to a boil. Reduce heat; cook 4-6 min stirring occasionally. 3. Drain and season to taste. Microwave (1100 watts)*: 1. Place cauliflower in microwave-safe container with 1/4 cup water; cover. 2. Cook on HIGH according to microwave chart. MICROWAVE COOKING CHART: 1/2 package: 4-5 minute cook time, stir after 3 minutes, let stand for 3 minutes. Full Package: 7-9 minute cook time, stir after 4 minutes, let stand for 3 minutes.*Lower wattage microwave ovens may require more time.
