Preheat oven to 400 degrees with rack in center. 3. Roll or hand shape to desired shape, about ¼-inch thickness. 4. Place on a large, greased baking sheet or pizza pan, pressing out any air bubbles; forming dough to fit pan. Add toppings. 5. Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles and crust is golden brown.
