Add 1 ¼ cups mix; stir until large lumps disappear. DO NOT OVERMIX. Allow batter to rest 10 min. 2. Preheat griddle or non-stick skillet to 375 degrees F or MED-HIGH. 3. Pour batter in slightly less than ¼ cupful’s onto lightly greased griddle. 4. Cook until pancakes bubble and bottom is golden brown, about 1 min per side. Turn only once. Chef Tip: For thicker pancakes, use a little less milk. For thinner pancakes, use a little more milk. Waffles (makes about four 6 ½ -inch round waffles) You will need: 1¼ cups mix 1 large egg ¾ cup milk 3 Tbsp vegetable oil 1. Whisk egg, milk and oil together in bowl. Add 1 ¼ cups mix; stir until large lumps disappear. DO NOT OVERMIX. Allow batter to rest 10 min. 2. Preheat waffle iron according to iron directions. 3. Cook according to iron directions or until steam slows and waffle is golden brown. Remove carefully.
