Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 160 degrees F. Stovetop: Place sausage in skillet on MED; cook about 20 min, turning often to brown all sides. Grill: Preheat grill on MED-HIGH for 10 min. Sear sausage 5 min, turning to brown all sides. Reduce heat to MED; close cover. Cook about 10 min, turning occasionally. Broil: Preheat oven to BROIL with rack placed one level above center. Place sausage on broiler pan or baking sheet. Broil 12-13 min, turn halfway through.
