Keep Refrigerated. Do not freeze. HOW TO PREPARE: Microwave: 1. Drain; rinse well in warm water 2 min to remove earthy aroma. 2. Microwave on HIGH in bowl 1 min. Recipe ready. Stovetop: 1. Drain; rinse well in warm water several times to remove earthy aroma. 2. Bring 2 quarts water to boil; add noodles. Cook 2-3 min, stirring often. 3. Drain; rinse with cool water; recipe ready. Chef Tip: Great tossed with sesame oil & soy sauce, or in Sukiyaki (Japanese Hot Pot).
