Organic KAMUT Khorasan Wheat Semolina, Water.
HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. 1. Bring 4 quarts water to a rapid boil (salt if desired). 2. Add desired amount of pasta to boiling water. Reduce heat to a gentle boil. 3. Cook 10 minutes (al dente) to 12 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain carefully. Serve with your favorite sauce. Estimate 2/3 cup dry pasta per serving.
