HOW TO STORE: Once opened, store coffee in airtight container at room temperature and out of directsunlight.HOW TO BREW:Always use fresh, filtered cold water.American Coffee: Measure 1 Tablespoon ground coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water.Espresso: Measure about 1 Tablespoon (7g) finely ground coffee to 1 fl oz (30 ml) of water.Iced Coffee:Measure 2 Tablespoons coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. After brewing, just pour over ice.Adjust recipes to taste.
