How to Brew: Always use fresh, filtered cold water. American Coffee Measure 1 Tablespoon ground coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water. Espresso Measure about 1 Tablespoon (7 grams) finely ground coffee to 1 fl oz (30 ml) of water. Iced Coffee Measure 2 Tablespoons coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water.
