Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 160 degrees F. Stovetop: Place sausage in skillet on MED; cook 15-20 min, turning often to brown all sides. Broil: Preheat oven to BROIL with rack placed one level above center. Place sausage on broiler pan or baking sheet. Broil 10-11 min, turn halfway through. Grill: Preheat grill on MED for 10 min. Sear sausage 5 min, turning to brown all sides; close cover. Cook 4-6 min, turning occasionally.
