Enriched Precooked Parboiled Long Grain Rice (Rice, Niacin, Iron [Ferric Orthophosphate], Thiamin[Thiamin Mononitrate], Folic Acid).
Store in a cool, dry place.HOW TO COOK:Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment.Stovetop:1. Pour 4 cups water in MEDIUM saucepan and submerge 1 bag of rice.2. Bring to boil. Cook uncovered 10 minutes.3. Carefully remove bag from water with fork or tongs; drain. Carefully cut bag open and empty cooked rice into serving dish. Season to taste and serve.Chef Tip:To cook more than one bag on stovetop, pour 3 quarts water into large pot and submerge 2-4 bags of rice. Continue with step 2 above.Microwave (1100 watts):Microwaving more than one bag at a time is not recommended.1. Pour 4 cups water into a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl and submerge 1 bag of rice.2. Cook uncovered on HIGH 10-11 minutes.3. Carefully remove bowl from oven using pot holders. Remove bag from water with fork or tongs; drain.
