Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO WARM: Ham may be served without warming. Heating times may vary depending on your equipment. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove outer wrapping and bone guard from ham. 2. Place ham fat-side up in shallow roasting pan with 1/2 inch water. 3. Cover; heat 10–11 minutes per pound. Rest 20–30 minutes. Serve immediately and refrigerate leftovers. HOW TO CARVE: 1. Insert pointed end of small sharp knife at bone and cut around bone. 2. Make 3–6 cuts into face of ham, cutting to bone, as indicated in diagram. Ham is now ready for easy serving.
