How To Cook: Stovetop: 1. Select desired number of servings from chart. 2. Bring water or milk (salt if desired) to a boil on HIGH. 3. Stir in oats; reduce heat to MED. 4. Cook 5 min, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; rest 2-3 min. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Combine 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup of water or milk (salt if desired), in a large microwave-safe bowl. 2. Heat on HIGH 2 min; rest 2 min. Stir well before serving. Caution: Bowl and contents will be HOT. *Use less water or milk for thicker oatmeal or more water or milk for thinner oatmeal.
