How to Brew: Always use fresh, filtered cold water. Hot Coffee: Measure 1 rounded Tbsp to 6 Fl oz. (180 ml) of water. Iced Coffee:Measure 2 rounded Tbsp to 6FL oz. (180 ml) of water. After brewing, pour over ice. Adjust recipes to taste. For best results: Carefully discard coffee filter with grounds after use.Leaving coffee on hot burner for a long time can cause coffee to taste burnt; transfer to carafe after brewing. How to store 1. Once opened, this coffee will keep fresh on your shelf for about 10 days, in the refrigerator for about 3 weeks, or in your freezer for nearly 3 months. 2. If you store coffee in the freezer, never let the container sit out at room temperature. Condensation can form and eventually stale the coffee.
