Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store remaining uncooked rice in a sealed container. HOW TO COOKCooking times may vary depending on your equipment.Stovetop1. In a heavy pot, combine rice, water, (salt to taste) according to desired number of servings in chart.2. Bring to a boil on HIGH; cover with tight fitting lid and reduce heat to a simmer.3. Cook 20 minutes until water is absorbed. Remove from heat; fluff with fork and serve.1 cup rice + 2 cups water = 3 cups cooked rice. 2 cups rice + 4 cups water = 6 cups cooked rice. 3 cups rice + 6 cups water = 9 cups cooked rice. Microwave (1100 watts)1. Combine 1 cup rice, 2 cups water, (salt to taste) in a 3-quart microwave safecasserole. Stir well.2. Cover and microwave on HIGH 3 minutes.3.
