Our Wegmans Signature Bone In Ham is smoked over white hickory chips, rubbed with a brown sugar spice blend, smoked again, and then covered in our own honey-maple glaze. Fully cooked with natural juices. Spiral sliced for easy serving.
Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO WARM: Ham may be served without warming. Heating times may vary depending on your equipment. 1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Remove outer wrapping and bone guard from ham. 2. Place ham sliced-side down in shallow roasting pan with 1/2 inch water covering bottom of pan. 3. Cover; heat 12–15 min per pound. Rest 20–30 min. Serve immediately; refrigerate leftovers. HOW TO CARVE1. Insert pointed end of small sharp knife at bone and cut around bone. 2. Make 3–6 cuts into face of ham, cutting to bone, as indicated in diagram. Ham is now ready for easy serving.
