Cold-pressed olive oils are obtained exclusively from olives harvested in the best areas of Italy, Greece, Spain, and Portugal. Imported from Italy, our Classic Extra virgin olive oil bears the north American olive oil association (NAOOA) quality Seal, which means it has been tested for both quality and authenticity according to the international olive council (IOC) standards. The Timeless look of the bottle was inspired by the containers used by generations of the Colavita family in Molise, Italy, to transfer fresh oil from the press to the family kitchen.
