Keep Refrigerated below 40 degrees at all times. How to Cook Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Pan Fry: 1. Separate slices; place in skillet in single layer. 2. Cook on MED 5-10 min or until desired crispness, turning as needed. 3. Drain on paper towels. Bake: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. with rack placed in center. 2. Separate slices; place on rimmed nonstick baking sheet. 3. Bake 10-15 min or until desired crispness. Drain on paper towels. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Place 2 sheets of paper towels on microwave-safe plate. 2. Separate 1-4 bacon slices; place on paper towels. Top with another paper towel. 3. Cook 1-2 slices on HIGH 1- 1 ½ min (3-4 slices 2 ½ – 3 min) or until desired crispness. Caution: Bacon will be HOT.
