Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with rack in center. Separate wings in shallow roasting pan or baking dish. 2. Drizzle with basting oil or vegetable oil; season. 3. Sear 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees F. Roast additional 35-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Check by inserting thermometer in thickest part of wing but not touching bone.
