Contains sulfites. Be careful when opening. Point bottle away from self and others to avoid serious eye injury. Cork may eject forcefully while you are removing the cage or at any time after it is removed. Bottle contains high pressure which increases with warmth or shaking. To Open: 1) Chill well, 2) do not shake, 3) point bottle away from self and others, 4) remove cap, 5) Twist cork out slowly by hand, never use a corkscrew.
