Keep frozen. Cooking: Steaming: Arrange frozen Shumai, in single layer, on lightly greased steaming rack. Place on top of boiling water; cover and steam 8 minutes, or until heated through. Serve immediately. Microwave: Place frozen Shumai, in single layer, on microwave-proof plate. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on high power 3 to 4 minutes, or until heated through. Serve immediately. Dumpling Soup: Add desired amount of frozen Shumai to soup stock. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes, or until all is heated through. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, as desired. Serve while hot. Note: Keep Shumai frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Serve hot Shumai with Kikkoman soy sauce for dipping, as desired. Product was tested in a 700-watt microwave oven. If your microwave oven has a different wattage adjust cooking time accordingly.
