Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees with rack in center. Place breast in shallow roasting pan or baking dish. 2. Drizzle with basting oil or vegetable oil; season. 3. Sear 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees. Roast additional 55-60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Check by inserting thermometer in thickest part of breast. Rest 15 minutes before slicing.
