Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 160 degrees F. Stove Top: Place sausage in skillet on MEDIUM; cook about 20 min, turning often to brown. Grill: Preheat grill on MEDIUM-HIGH for 10 minutes. Sear sausage 5 min, turning to brown. Reduce heat to MEDIUM, close cover; cook about 10 min, turning occasionally. Broil: Preheat oven to BROIL with rack placed one level above center. Place sausage on broiler pan or baking sheet. Broil 12-13 minutes, turning halfway through.
