Uncured Duck Bacon: Duck Prepared with: Water, Salt, Raw Sugar, Natural Flavorings, Lactic Acid Starter Culture (Not from Milk).
Cooking: Pan fry on low heat, turning frequently, until desired crispiness. Drain on paper towels. All uncured meat products should be used or frozen within five days after opening.
