Pan Searing instructions: Coat seafood with pan-searing flour. Place pan on heat source. Use high heat for seafood less than 1/2 inch. Use medium-high heat for seafood greater than 1/2 inch. Pour approximately 1 1/2 tsp of olive oil into pan.
